- ➤ Delmarva Power asked state regulators to consider a rate hike that would raise fixed monthly charges from $13.50 to $15.94+ help fund nearly $480 million in grid upgrades. Non-heating customers may see increases of about $6.40+$9.30 monthly if approved, with interim rates starting July 9 while a final decision comes late 2026. Delaware LIVE

- ➤ Delaware lawmakers passed Senate Bill 106 on Tuesday to require all school districts and charter schools to enforce rules on cell phone use during class. The measure now returns to the Senate for final approval — it aims to curb distractions affecting learning. WBOC
