  • Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce kicked off 2026 by showcasing benefits that save money + offer exclusive member networking opportunities. The event held on Monday, Jan. 19 focused on business services to support local growth.  Bay to Bay News

HEALTH NEWS

  • Delaware did not pursue USDA waivers to limit SNAP beverage purchases as obesity and diet-related risks remain high. Dr. C.D. Casscells of the Caesar Rodney Institute advocates a pilot to align SNAP with Medicaid (to track health outcomes and curb costs) while GLP‑1 medication use grows.  Bay to Bay News
  • Orangetheory Fitness is offering a $2 per day membership deal until Saturday, Jan. 31 that gives members expert coaching and flexible workouts designed for every fitness level.
