- ➤ Residents needing help filing taxes can use IRS Free File+in-person tax prep or paid services if needed; federal returns are due today and Delaware personal returns by April 30. Delaware Online
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The northbound Route 1 bridge over Route 16 is open to traffic today (contractors shifting the traffic pattern may cause delays this evening). The $40-million project aims to improve safety and will be fully completed this summer. WGMD
- ➤ Delaware lawmakers introduced House Bill 362 to offer tax credits to media companies for films, TV series, advertisements and video games. The Revenue and Finance Committee is set to hold a hearing on the proposal. WDEL
