- ➤ Delaware State University hosted its fourth Annual Sexual Assault Prevention Conference Friday at the Martin Luther King Jr. Student Center Parlors—bringing together students, advocates and professionals to discuss creating brave, safe spaces for survivors. - ➤ Delaware state officials will demonstrate the new Enhanced 911 system on April 17th at 1 p.m. at the Dover Police Department on 400 S.
