- ➤ Delaware residents must upgrade their licenses to REAL ID by May 7 to fly domestically or enter secure federal facilities. The DMV requires adults 18+ to bring original or certified documents proving identity, legal presence, Social Security, and residency—enhanced IDs from certain states count as valid alternatives. - ➤ The Delaware Department of Transportation announced that Pearsons Corner Road between Rt. 8 and West Dennys Road will be closed on April 30 and May 1 for paving work — lane closures will continue through May 19. WBOC
