- ➤ Advocates will gather at Legislative Hall on Tuesday, May 13 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to urge lawmakers to support HB 35, a proposed amendment that would ban the death penalty permanently in Delaware—aiming to shield the ban from future reinstatement efforts. Coast TV
