- ➤ MISSION BBQ is offering free sandwiches to active duty and veterans all week, with Marine Corps receiving the free meal today and other branches on scheduled days. It will host Lunch with the Heroes on Saturday, May 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its Dover location. Delaware Online
- ➤ Anglers can fish, crab and clam without a license on Saturday, June 6, and Sunday, June 7 in Delaware waters as part of National Fishing and Boating Week. Anglers 16 and older must get a free FIN number and follow state rules (per DNREC). Delaware LIVE
- ➤ Grass Roots Rescue is seeking foster homes as it will receive 33 dogs rescued from a West Virginia hoarding case tomorrow evening; the nonprofit said many animals still lack placements and will receive full support with veterinary care & supplies. Coast TV
