- ➤ Delaware lawmakers reintroduced legislation today requiring state-regulated health plans (including Medicaid) to cover comprehensive biomarker testing for cancer patients, a measure supported by Gov. - ➤ Delaware Insurance Commissioner Trinidad Navarro said new Medicare protections and a birthday rule are now in effect under Senate Bill 71.
