- ➤ On May 13, Jaquan Fletcher, a 22-year-old man, was convicted in Kent County Superior Court for murder and three counts of attempted murder in connection with a Dover shooting spree last December that killed Frederick Tolson and injured three others; he faces up to four life sentences when sentenced in August (the victims included individuals aged 45, 25, and 59).
