- ➤ The Delaware Farm Bureau invites amateur photographers statewide to enter its Annual Photo Contest to capture Delaware’s agricultural beauty and lifestyle. Photos must be submitted online from May 1 through Oct. 31 and winners will be announced at the Annual Banquet in December—top four winners will receive cash prizes and have their work displayed in 2026. - ➤ Today, DART First State begins statewide bus service changes after reviewing public feedback from March workshops. Seasonal Beach Bus service will start tomorrow and Route 305 Beach Connection will resume weekend and holiday service on May 24 while Rehoboth’s Park and Ride Ticket Booth closes for the season so riders should purchase passes through the mobile app, at the Lewes Transit Center, or directly on the bus. - ➤ The state swore in Joshua Sanderlin as Marijuana Commissioner today to lead an office that enforces the Marijuana Control Act. Sanderlin brings over 15 years of experience advising on public policy—his appointment starts a new chapter for Delaware’s adult-use marijuana program. Delaware LIVE

- ➤ The median home listing price in Kent County rose to $415,000 in April + up 3.8% from March's $399,900, with houses averaging 46 days on the market at $0.17 per square foot + 242 new listings, an 11% increase from last April. Delaware Online
