- ➤ A 22-year-old man was shot dead — with four others injured — when several suspects fired at a group gathered outside a residence on the 400-block of Barrister Place at about 12:43 a.m. Saturday. WDEL

- ➤ On Saturday, June 14th, hundreds of pop culture fans dressed in costumes and attended Dover Con downtown. Attendees posed for selfies and enjoyed themed displays — the event showed strong local support for fan culture. Bay to Bay News

- ➤ Tidewater Utilities is contacting private well owners in southwest Kent County to set up a future water service area — the company is preparing to serve residents should they choose to receive water. Bay to Bay News
