- ➤ The Delaware House passed a bill to protect consumers in multi-level marketing from misleading practices — the law, sponsored by Rep. Melanie Ross Levin and Sen. Stephanie Hansen, now moves to the Senate for review. WGMD
- ➤ Delaware lawmakers approved bills to raise highway tolls and DNREC fees, and the measures now head to Governor Matt Meyer’s desk. The fee hikes are expected to boost funding for environmental permits and road maintenance + help cover rising costs. WDEL
