Dover Police arrested 24-year-old Aaron Grimes from Magnolia after a shots-fired incident occurred at Liberty Court Apartments on Friday, June 20th at 9:31 p.m.—officers found shell casings near unoccupied vehicles and an apartment, and Grimes was later released on $8,000 unsecured bail for charges including carrying a concealed deadly weapon, reckless endangering, and criminal mischief.
