- ➤ A 45-year-old Felton man in custody at Sussex Correctional Institution faced new charges for allegedly violating a Protection from Abuse Order and a no contact order when he attempted to contact a female victim from prison at 6:44 a.m. on June 19—physical evidence confirmed his contact attempt—and he remains in custody with the orders active. - ➤ State Representative Stell Parker Selby resigned after a serious medical event forced her to miss all legislative sessions in 2025 — she submitted her resignation letter on Tuesday. Speaker Melissa Minor Brown said a special election writ will be issued within 10 days, with the election taking place between 30 and 35 days after the writ is released. WDEL

Stell Parker Selby resigned from the Delaware House after a serious health issue kept her from the session—House Speaker Minor-Brown said her letter was received Tuesday and a writ for a special election will be issued within 10 days.
