- ➤ Delaware State Police arrested 61-year-old Magnolia man Anthony McLeish on his 9th DUI felony offense after he showed signs of impairment and failed field tests during a traffic stop in Dover on Saturday—he fled on foot, resisted arrest by kicking a trooper, suffered minor injuries, and now faces several charges while held at Sussex Correctional Institution on a $43,150 cash bond. - ➤ Delaware State Police arrested two Baltimore residents Friday after a high-speed chase of two stolen vehicles began at 5 a.m. on June 20 in Dover and ended near Georgetown with a crash that injured a suspect now in the hospital—troopers also recovered a tool linked to car theft from one vehicle.
