On Thursday evening near Forrest Avenue — Birchfield Drive west of Dover, a 76-year-old woman driving a Honda failed to remain stopped and collided with a Hyundai driven by a 17-year-old from Marydel, with the woman pronounced dead and the teen treated for non-life threatening injuries.

LaToya Russell (an automation consultant) said Delaware small businesses use artificial intelligence to work better and save money.

She met with Sen. Lisa Blunt Rochester at a Meta conference in Washington (which explained new AI tools) and urged lawmakers to protect these tools.

A July 3 report from the state auditor’s office showed that 62 special education teachers in Delaware public schools worked without valid licenses due to lapses as of March 5.

Dover residents are calling on the mayor and City Council to act on rising gun violence, homelessness, and prostitution—a neighbor shooting left a young man dead—as officials say no funds can be reallocated for more police or camera installation.
