New Castle County Police filed murder charges against 22-year-old Shane Brank for fatally shooting 39-year-old Craig Anderson during an altercation Monday morning, July 7 at Delaware City Trailer Park—he fled the scene but was captured at 1:10 p.m. and now faces charges including first degree murder and possession of a firearm during a felony.
