- ➤ A Philadelphia man, Khar Abdulah, was arrested and extradited to Delaware after police linked him to late-spring crimes including the kidnapping of a man outside a Wilmington residence, a burglary in New Castle, and an attempted robbery at a PNC Bank parking lot on Marsh Road + he faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges and is held at Howard R.
