- ➤ The Delaware Department of Education said the latest assessment results show small gains in reading and math, but a literacy emergency still remains. - ➤ Customers in Delaware may file claims for an AT&T data breach settlement following breaches in March and July 2024—eligible individuals who can prove documented losses might receive up to $7,500 with claims due by Nov. 18; those wishing to opt out and keep their right to sue must submit a written request by Oct. 17. - ➤ Thursday saw sunny weather with many boats fishing Delmarva waters as the Grizzly caught an 8.13 lb flounder and Captain Bones recorded two Delaware Citation Snakeheads (4.74 lb and 6.37 lb) from Dragon Run while Captain Aaron Herd’s charter caught an 8 lb flounder. Old Inlet Bait and Tackle said the surf is producing spot, croaker, kings and pompano. WGMD
