Delaware’s Weedstock Music and Arts Festival will return from Sept.

12 to Sept. 14 at Fire Base Lloyd near Townsend with an Alice in Wonderland theme that features tall blow-up mushrooms as decorations. The nonprofit event will attract about 2,000 attendees 21 or older who will enjoy parades — live music and marijuana-themed vendors on private property.
