Good morning, Dover.

DNREC will host two public listening sessions as it updates the 2025 Wildlife Action Plan — the sessions will let residents learn about new digital tools and provide feedback on conservation changes.

The first session is on Oct. 28 at 1 p.m. at Little Creek Hunter Education Training Center in Dover and the second is on Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. online.

About 1,300 people gathered outside a legislative building in Dover at the No Kings rally organized by Indivisible Central Delaware on October 18, surpassing attendance at its first event on June 14—organizers said the protest showed strong public support for their cause.

The Delaware State Housing Authority began work on the Mispillion Station II project to rehab 32 homes and add 16 more on South Walnut Street in Milford.

The project — led by Seven Companies LLC and Searfross Development LLC — received over $500,000 in tax credit allocations and more than $5 million in supplemental funds to lower construction costs and keep rents affordable for 30 years.
