- ➤ Southern Delaware Therapeutic Riding celebrated its 10th anniversary on Monday with a ceremony at its Milton facility from 12 to 12:30 p.m. where Delaware State legislature and Sussex County Council officials unveiled a commemorative plaque, and officials said they plan to expand soon. Coast TV

- ➤ Thomas Jefferson University and the state signed an MOU on Oct.29 to explore building Delaware's first-ever four-year medical school in rural Sussex and Kent counties— a project aimed at improving health care access for those facing long waitlists.
