- ➤ A new nonprofit, Miracle Ice Arena, is raising funds to build a state-of-the-art two-sheet indoor ice rink in southern Delaware — the facility will serve Kent and Sussex counties after the only seasonal rink in Harrington closed this year. The group will open the rink by fall 2026 — and has secured commitments from local and national partners including Salisbury University and USA Warriors Ice Hockey. Coast TV

- ➤ Delaware’s Prescription Opioid Settlement Distribution Commission said that another grant recipient may be sent to the DOJ for investigation — marking the second referral after a nonprofit was flagged last year.
